Terms & Conditions
  1. Registration through our system constitutes an agreement to be bound by our Terms & Conditions.
  2. Changes or modifications to training/course for unavoidable reasons, including but not limited to date and content which we deem to be in the best interest for the quality delivery, will be notified accordingly.

  3. Registration and payment must be done through BLINK. For Cash or Cheque Deposits (CDM or Online Transfer), payments should be made to “CIDB HOLDINGS SDN BHD”to our RHB Islamic Bank Account No. 2642-7200-0082-56. Please put as reference for payments your name and title of the training/course.
  4. Upon successful payment, please upload proof of payment to BLINK no less than 3 days before the date of training/course to allow approval of payment by our Secretariat. Failure to upload the proof of payment may affect your registration.
  5. All payments are NON REFUNDABLE. However, replacement of participant may be permitted subject to the necessary notification to the Secretariat via training@cidbh.com.my 3 days before the training/course.

  6. In the event of postponement of a training/course by CIDBH, registrants have the right to attend another training/course of equivalent value, OR request a refund. You may refer to the website and Training Calendar for options of training/courses available. This replacement shall only be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of postponement notification, if otherwise, the payment made may be forfeited. CIDBH reserves the right to refuse refunds after the 6 month period.
